I work as a scrum master in a production support group. Groups consists of multiple teams of developers and testers that work both on daily support tickets, fixing defects, minor releases and enhancements. Since its a very fast paced randomized atmosphere teams are constantly facing serious challenges to find ways to improve while "fire-fighting".
