Zero Tolerance for Bugs

This session was hosted by Troy Frever. He described a technique for prioritizing bugs as either "now" or "never". If "now", the bug is worked on immediately, suspending normal story work. If "never", then the bug is discarded. The session then moved on to a lively discussion of other ways to reduce bugs, and general comments on software quality. Photos of the flip charts are below.
