Line Mørkbak is a curious soul who is passionate about co-creation, bold ideas, and quirky, less traditional ways to approach a challenge. She describes herself as a Facilitator of Collaboration as well as a Workplace Enthusiast. Exploring topics and solving challenges using Open Space Technology and Liberating Structure formats have been part of her repertoire for years. Line has held space using the core elements of Open Space in in-person settings and she has experimented with empowering ways to encourage global, remote open space formats to support self-organized dialog across cultures and time zones as the co-founder of Future of Work 24 Hours together with April Jefferson.

Line has lived and worked globally all her professional life. She collaborates with progressive organizations that are curious and ready to transform the way they work. Line is now based in the Columbia River Gorge outside Portland, but as a nomad at heart, she has set up her work to be done from anywhere.
